Snipe, Plovers, and Dotterel |
One feature of the landscape of the Falklands is that there is a lot of moorland which covers a large area above the coastline on virtually all of the islands. This area is good for many moorland species such as Magellanic Snipe, Two-banded Plovers, and Rufous-chested Dotterel all of which were all common birds. |
